Oneness Biotech sent out internal questionnaires to the department in charge who had its colleagues fill out the questionnaire based on the stakeholder’s issues of concern for the company in the past. The degree of concern is divided into 5 levels, with 5 representing the highest and 1 representing the lowest degree of concern. An average score was then derived from the degree of concern for each sustainability issue.
