In terms of promoting employment, Oneness Biotech actively undertakes its responsibility as a “responsible employer” and a “stabilizing social force.” As of the end of 2020, all 134 employees of Oneness Biotech are full-time employees with non-fixed term contracts, non-temporary employees and non-part-time employees. These colleagues enjoy the full protection of the Labor Standards Act, thus highlighting the company’s desire to work collaboratively with employees to build Oneness Biotech as a sustainable development corporate.
In terms of human resource structure, the average length of service of the current employee structure of Oneness Biotech is 4.08 years; and the average age is 39.2 years old, of which 91% are under 50 years old. In management, about 77% are 30-50 years old, with focus on young and middle-aged talents. In academic achievement, the proportion of masters and doctorates account for 62%. The overall human resource structure has brought a steady and abundant innovation energy to Oneness.

Oneness, the only biotech in Taiwan included in 2022 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index(BGEI), has been dedicated to promoting gender equality issues and building a friendly workplace. In 2021, the ratio of female directors in Oneness was nearly 43 %, and women holding a management role accounted for 62.5%. Oneness scored above the global average, such as “Percent Women Of Total Workforce,” “Percent Women Of Engineering Workforce,” and “Percent Women Of Total Promoted Employees” established by Bloomberg, reflecting a high level of disclosure and best-in-class HR policies. |
