Oneness Biotech follows the “United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, the “United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights”, the “United Nations Global Compact” and the “ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work”, respects internationally recognized basic human rights, and abides by the labor laws and regulations of the place of operation, and formulates human rights policies and specific management plans:

We refer to relevant international standards and practices to conduct the company’s human rights due diligence through the process of identifying potential human rights risk objects and issues, identifying responsible parties, and reviewing the company’s current implementation of relevant measures to reduce human rights risks. Communication Feedback and Complaints Channel

Oneness Biotech attaches great importance to the opinions of all parties, and is committed to providing open and transparent communication channels. The company has a complaint hotline and mailbox, and holds quarterly labor-management meetings, and an interview is conducted with new employees when their probation period expires and with resigned employees, etc., so that colleagues can make use of various channels to give feedback on the organizational system and work environment. The official website provides a contact platform for investors, customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and news media to give feedback. It is published in the “Investor FAQS” Area based on dates and categories and lists all communication and feedback content since 2020 in order to provide our response and attention to multiple voices. The company also adheres to the core culture of continuous improvement. In June 2021, an employee feedback survey was conducted. Colleagues were asked to make suggestions for improvement of the operation process and system through an anonymous survey. The survey statistics are provided to relevant units for continuous optimization.
